APPLICANTS CRITERIA: Minimum of 21 years old, Full names of all occupants over 18, Employed or have a Guarantor, Have held a UK Bank Account for over 2 years, Provide Acceptable Identification and Confirmation of Address.
GUARANTORS CRITERIA: Must be a Home Owner, Employed Full Time, Have held a UK Bank Account for over 2 years, Provide Acceptable Identification and Confirmation of Address.
We will obtain the following from each named Applicant/Guarantor
Landlord Reference (if applicable)
Any other reference that the Company or Landlord thinks fit
Identification (from list provided)
Confirmation of Address (from list provided)
Land Registry Search to ascertain Home Ownership (applicable to Guarantors)
Should the above not be satisfactorily received, or should any of the following apply, then a Guarantor will be required before an application can be considered
If any applicant is in receipt of any Benefits (to name a few - Housing Benefit, Housing Allowance, Disability Benefit, Working Family Tax Credit)
For any other reason that the Company and or Landlord thinks fit
