Once you have found a property you would like to rent from this agency, kindly visit our office at 19 Hoghton Street, Southport, PR9 0NS to obtain and complete the required Tenant Application Forms.

No offer of tenancy will be made or inferred until such time as satisfactory references are received.

APPLICANTS CRITERIA: Minimum of 21 years old, Full names of all occupants over 18, Employed or have a Guarantor, Have held a UK Bank Account for over 2 years, Provide Acceptable Identification and Confirmation of Address.

GUARANTORS CRITERIA: Must be a Home Owner, Employed Full Time, Have held a UK Bank Account for over 2 years, Provide Acceptable Identification and Confirmation of Address. 

We will obtain the following from each named Applicant/Guarantor

  • Employment Reference
      • Sight of the last three month's Bank statements
      • Landlord Reference (if applicable)
        • Any other reference that the Company or Landlord thinks fit
          • Identification (from list provided)
            • Confirmation of Address (from list provided)
              • Land Registry Search to ascertain Home Ownership (applicable to Guarantors)

              Should the above not be satisfactorily received, or should any of the following apply, then a Guarantor will be required before an application can be considered

              • If any applicant is in receipt of any Benefits (to name a few - Housing Benefit, Housing Allowance, Disability Benefit, Working Family Tax Credit)
                • For any other reason that the Company and or Landlord thinks fit

                CONFIRMATION OF ADDRESS

                • Current 10 year signed Passport
                • Current EU or UK Photocard Driving Licence (Provisional or Full)
                • Current UK Driving Licence (old style paper version – Full only)
                • Firearms Certificate or Shotgun Licence
                • Identity Card issued by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland
                • Recent evidence of entitlement to a State of Local Authority funded Benefit, Tax Credit, Pension, Educational or other Grant
                • Current EU National Identity Card
                • Armed Forces Identity Card
                • Police Warrant Card
                • Photo Student Card (from recognised College/University)
                • Recent utility bill (within last 3 months) – NOT mobile phone bill
                • Current EU or UK Photocard Driving Licence (Provisional or Full)
                • Current UK Driving Licence (old style paper version – Full only)
                • Bank/Building Society statement (dated within last 3 months)
                • Council Tax or Water Rates account or Payment Book for current year
