Tony Hornby Property Management Services (‘the Company’) is committed to the protection of all personal and sensitive data for which it holds responsibility as Data Controller and the handling of such data in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Changes to data protection legislation shall be monitored and implemented in order to remain compliant with all requirements. All data within the Company’s control shall be identified as personal, sensitive or both to ensure that it is handled in compliance with legal requirements and access to it does not breach the rights to whom it relates.

Your Personally Identifiable Information (this could be a single piece of information or information which, when linked with another readily available piece of information, could identify an individual) is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR as follows:-

  • Information held – name, contact details, identification, bank details, health (if applicable). To be shared with Landlords, Employers, Contractors and Software Provider

  • Collected on the telephone and application form to facilitate referencing and establish any medical needs/requirements (if applicable) used and held by Data Controllers in our office, added to the software system, to comply with GDPR and Money Laundering Regulations.

  • Ensure Lawful basis for processing

  • Stored either paper, electronically and with Software Provider

  • Information will be deleted within 3 months should an application not be successful, or 6 years after termination of agreement/tenancy ended
